The Annexe at Ringsfield

We would love to welcome you to come and rest in this calm, clean and well-presented home. The Annexe at Ringsfield is a detached single storey dwelling set in the one-acre grounds of our home in the popular market town of Aylsham. We are ideally located for trips to the North Norfolk Coast, the Broads or the medieval city of Norwich. Closer to home is the National Trust property Blickling Hall, the Bure Valley steam Railway and miles of footpaths through the beautiful Norfolk countryside.

Relax and unwind in the heart of the Norfolk countryside. Your own Restored Train Carriage Cabin sits alongside the River Bure & natural water meadows, with private decking and a campfire nestled amongst the Alder Carr, where Norfolk’s wonderfully diverse wildlife is never far away. The Carr, 3 acres of ancient woodland and water meadows, is a space we tend and love ourselves, and are glad to share with our guests. Wander through, watch the wildlife & make the campfire yours for the evening.

Private entrance and parking, luxurious comfort, dog friendly, peaceful and secluded, sheltered behind an unused barn. The real world seems far away.

The Pump House luxury self contained rural retreat

The Pump House is beautifully refurbished to a very high standard providing guests with a delightful and cosy home-from-home. There is a spacious bedroom with a King size bed, a modern bathroom fitted with walk-in waterfall shower. The living room has a wood burner, comfortable sofas and large dining table. French doors lead onto your own private terrace and garden. The kitchen is well appointed to meet all your culinary needs! Relax and unwind in this beautiful area of North Norfolk.

Nestled in the trees with stunning views down into a hidden, valley. Binoculars are provided to enjoy the Barn Owls, Kites, deer, foxes, badgers, rabbits, hares and squirrels that inhabit the valley. The all wood lodges have been hand built by local craftsmen; the fixtures, fittings, and beds are made from a specific species of 'waney edged' wood. A fully fitted kitchen, mood lighting and a wood burning stove complete the cabin-in-the-woods romance of these gorgeous luxury hideaways.

Steve & Angie are your hosts at Spurrell’s Retreat… a unique, self-contained, high-tech holiday accommodation, created, as part of our renovation of Manor House Farm. The Retreat offers stylish, peaceful and relaxing accommodation for two adults, open plan living/sleeping, a private raised patio with fire pit and gas BBQ, a separate kitchen with electric oven, hob, fridge, and dishwasher, and a bathroom with walk-in shower and sauna, all WiFi and audio connected. Barn owls and deer in the garden, shopping in Holt and Norwich, beach, swimming pool and North Norfolk Steam railway at Sheringham. Cromer with its famous pier, promenade and sandy beaches. National Trust Felbrigg and Blickling are close by and there are regular seal trips from Morston and Blakeney as well as lots of coastal walking. Dog friendly for up 2 dogs with additional charge.

Kingfisher Cottage at Itteringham Mill

Cosy bedroom on gallery above the spacious sitting room with wonderful views across the mill pond. Enjoy a drink and meal at our friendly local pub just 200 yards away or coffee and cake at our village shop just 5 minutes walk. Very peaceful but with easy access to coast and Broads. Perfect for nature lovers, birdwatchers and walkers. We still have availability in Kingfisher Cottage for the Walpole Arms beer festival 28-30 June. Lots of local beers, live music and BBQ.
