Oxton Hill Pond View is a fabulous self contained shepherds hut located on our farm. With its own enclosed private garden the hut has an ensuite bathroom and kitchenette. Use the bridle paths on our farm which link to Southwell and neighbouring villages or visit the historic Minster town of Southwell or Sherwood Forest. Bring your bikes as you can cycle for miles maybe to the River Trent, or just enjoy the rural walks. We also offer carp fishing in summer. Adults only.

Sleepover with Miniature horse Basil

Basils Barn is situated on the grounds of a 17th century manor, surrounded by a picturesque 60 acre estate. The bedroom is directly attached to Basils stable, where there is a doorway in between the two spaces. In the paddocks we also have a herd of Highland cows, Hebridean sheep, horses, pigs, chickens and Norwegian Forrest cats. Our animals are mostly rescued and all of our animals are kept strictly as pets.

Situated in a historic Grade II listed building, Greystoke Mews is a timeless period property within a private enclosed garden and patio area situated in the picturesque village of Woodborough. Local to all amenities, including fabulous restaurants and quaint village pubs.
