2-bedroom, 1.5 bath home is part of a duplex, the other side has a full-time renter. Quiet street, walking distance from restaurants, shopping, etc. in East Vancouver. There is enough parking for 2 cars to fit in tandem in the driveway + plenty of street parking. One bedroom has a K bed and the other is an office space with a trundle bed that can be set up as a T or K and a Q plug-in air mattress. Enjoy time outside on the private back patio or inside with a fire in the wood-burning fireplace.

Our home is light, cheerful, and nearly 2000 sq. ft. The large deck is perfect for barbecues and is nested in trees. The gas fireplace and TV in the family room make it cozy. The full kitchen boasts an island bar and a small kitchen table. Upstairs, the master bedroom includes a queen bed and spacious bathroom. The remaining two bedrooms each contain an antique double bed with a full bathroom in between. A comfortable queen hideabed is downstairs, as well as a half-bathroom.

The Farmhouse Cottage is in a country setting yet in-town amenities are only a few minutes’ drive away. Enjoy the view of Mt. Hood. Relax on the patio, watch the sunrise or stargaze at night. This is a place where wonderful things happen! Watch the birds and fish, enjoy nature. Relax and get refreshed. There are games for outside and inside. Because this is a rural area, the cell phone reception is not so good in some areas of the house, especially downstairs. TV works well and texting works everywhere. WiFi is good. We ask our guests to agree to our house rules and sign a Liability Waiver before checking in.
