We have been vacationing on Saint Simons for many years and decided to open our Townhome cottage to visitors as well. We are conveniently located in the popular Gascoigne Townhome complex, a short 2 mile drive or bike ride away from the quaint Saint Simons village and 3 miles from East Beach. Conveniently located where the causeway enters the island.

This is a comfortable and very livable two level townhome within walking distance to the Old Village of St Simons, parks and the beach. Have a shared swimming pool. Only one mile to the beach and other convenient places to eat or shop. Have the basic supplies until you can get to the grocery store- coffee pods, paper towels, toilet paper, detergent, soap, detergent pods, etc. Pool hours 8:00am-9:00 pm starting April 1st. Sleeper sofa in the living room is available if needed.
