MP10 behind Kill Devil Grill. A 5 minute walk to the beach access that also allows 4x4 driving from Oct-May. Sellers Guest House is a story and half, situated on the property of the West Customs House built in 1772. The guest house has a opened floor plan with kitchen and bathroom on the main floor and a bedroom upstairs. There is a delightful front porch that is perfect to relax on. The West Custom House Property is nestled on Blount Street in Edenton's Historic District just a block and a half from downtown making an easy access to restaurants, shops, historic sites, and the waterfront.

We fell in love with the charm of the area combined with all of the up-and-coming attractions nearby. Our cottage is close to all of the new downtown breweries, wine bars, trendy restaurants, and waterfront district.

Our apartment is located on the first floor of our home, which is one of the only Solar Powered homes in the Outer Banks! Just a 5 minute walk to the beach and a short bike ride or drive to the sound, we have a perfect location which is close to everything. Our space includes the use of our outdoor shower and beach parking passes. We have a great yard for lounging, sun bathing or playing with dogs. Come and check out our "Cave" by the waves!

This small cottage is 810 sqft, 1 king bedroom and 2 xl twins in bunkroom, 1 queen sofa bed in the sunroom, 1 bath, with an open living, dining, kitchen area. The porch is a favorite spot for morning coffee or evening happy hours!
