The living room also has a 65in TV. The house has a front and back porch that you can enjoy in the mornings or evenings. There is a charcoal grill on the back porch that guest may use. The house has a HUGE driveway. We are minutes from the Rainbow bridge and about 20 minutes from Beaumont.

You have access to a shared boat dock with a lighted fishing pier. You will be able to use one of the boat lifts for your boat.
