This charming cabin features a living room with a fireplace, a kitchen with a vintage oven and cooking essentials, satellite WiFi and two sleeping spaces (1 king bed and 1 full futon) – a perfect mountain getaway for a couple, small family, or friends. Get away from it all in this stylish, studio cottage. Enjoy amazing views of the foothills and Tule River. Take a nap in the hammock, float peacefully in the river, or explore our wild 10 acres. In the evenings, enjoy stargazing or conversation at the fire pit. Our property is secluded, yet only 10 minutes from the main highway. We are in between Sequoia Forest (east) and Sequoia Park (north), with about an hour drive to each. We love to host remote workers/traveling health care providers.

There is an attached but separate wing that is another listing. Two bedrooms upstairs, a large living room, loo & kitchen downstairs. no checkout chores.

Perfect for one or two adults, or a small family. Pet friendly too.

Stay in our charming 2-bedroom Bunkhouse on a 20-acre working ranch nestled in the Sierra Nevada foothills! Features include a cozy living room with sofa, TV, Wi-Fi, Apple TV, desk area, kitchenette (mini fridge, coffee maker, conv. oven, single burner), central AC/heat, and a bathroom with shower. Expect ranch vibes, worker comings and goings, and summer/fall dust! PET FEE is no longer refundable as most pet owners refuse to follow the rules.

Springville Rental

Springville house is close to great mountain views of Sequoia National Forest. This house is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). It is a quiet area close to lake success and river. Please note that Sequoia National Park is about 1.5 hours (70 miles) from house.
