El pis es troba c/Ferrer Barbera 21, de aprox. 90m2, zona centre del poble. Menjador sala d’estar, cuina, bany, i tres habitacions, una amb un llit doble, una altre amb dos llits individuals, una altre amb llitera de dos llits individuals i un matalàs al terra. Inclou roba de llit i tovalloles. TV, i els següents electrodomèstics nevera, cuina, forn, microones, rentadora, assecadora, rentaplats, espremedora, torradora, i cafetera.
