The house "El Mar" (The Sea), was given this name due to its impressive location on the top of a small cliff where it stands as an unbeatable balcony over the never ending day and night spectacular changes of the Atlantic ocean. Our wonderful farm of about 3,000m2 with two independent houses with all the comforts is the result of a comprehensive renovation that began in 2020 and was recently completed in 2022. Located in a quiet residential area in the Tenerife municipality of Tacoronte, in the north of the Island. Ideal for families with children, friends or groups who need to telework. La Señorita está situada en un espacio privilegiado dentro de la Caldera de Tejeda, entre el Roque Nublo y el Roque Bentayga. Casa amplia, con tres dormitorios, dos baños y cocina- salón. La construcción data del sXIX y ha sido rehabilitada recientemente. Tiene capacidad para seis personas como máximo. La decoración y los ambientes están muy cuidados. Tiene varias terrazas y jardín. La piscina es compartida con nuestra otra casa, Casa Catina (máx 4 pax)

Nos gusta poder ver a las gaviotas y albatros en plena naturaleza y observar el paisaje cada día diferente En la zona hay varios restaurantes. Los días de olas se puede ver a los surfistas practicando. Está muy cerca de la avenida que conecta varias playas de Telde.
