Dog friendly w/ prior approval. Limited yard access, weather permitting. Minimal cleaning fee, because the apartment is small, I don't charge much for cleaning, please leave space tidy, and i can keep fee low. Welcome to our peaceful and centrally-located home. Our rental is a 5-minute walk to SLU's campus. Located on a quiet street with plenty of parking. This rental is hosted by Kelley and friend Laura. We are happy to share our favorite restaurants and places to visit in our beautiful town. Let us know if you need anything at all! The area is quiet and peaceful but yet directly located in the town of Potsdam. There are window AC units in each bedroom as well as central heat.
