Richmond Cottage

Nestled at the front of our property away from the main house, a quaint but modern cottage, set in a quiet semi rural area, very central, only 10 minutes from Hastings, Havelock North and Napier. Close to many great wineries and easy access onto the stop bank to one of many of Hawkes Bay's bike trails. Clive is small town with a few amenities including a local pub, Four Square, Chemist and a couple of eateries. All main supermarkets can be found either in Hastings or Napier.

Modern 2 bedroom apartment conveniently situated just 10 minutes walk from the centre of the beautiful Havelock North Village. Although young children are welcome, please be aware that my property is not really suitable for young active children and is not fenced from the neighbours or the busy road. Situated on a very special, peaceful, slice of paradise, on an apple orchard, on the northern outskirts of the village. Minutes from Hawkes Bay's amazing attractions. A twenty five minute drive to the Napier airport. Our swimming pool is situated behind the main house, 30 meters over the paddock.
