Originally the 2nd floor of our family's house, you'll feel at home. Best for mellow groups who turn in early. "Charlie's Room" has sitting area, dining area, kitchenette (microwave, mini-fridge, electric skillet, crockpot steamer, coffeepot, electric kettle, toaster, NO oven/stove) "Bubba's Room" has small balcony, dresser & chairs. "Jake's Room" has a desk, chair, bunk bed (full bottom twin top) & a twin loft bed. Access to shared grill & outdoor shower. Not a parties. Quiet hrs 10pm

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. One and a half blocks to the beach boardwalk and Convention Center. Two queen beds and a full bath studio is on the first floor and is wheelchair accessible. There is a TV, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator and a small kitchen table. Quiet place to relax by the beach. No prom weekends. Must have an adult 21 years or older staying in room. Sheets & towels are not provided. You have to bring your own. There are pillows and comforters on bed.
