Beautiful, finely furnished apartment with a wonderful terrace overlooking the Arno river. Consisting of a spacious bedroom with air conditioning, a bathroom, a kitchen and a comfortable living room with the large terrace, equipped with green plants and a table and chairs to fully enjoy them. The house features furnishings of notable taste, with ancient and other modern elements. We are located in the Santo Spirito district, best neighborhood in the city center and close to all the attractions.

Florentine Hills "LE SCALETTE"

The property is a portion of a 16th Century Casa Colonica (a typical Tuscan farmhouse) situated atop a hill surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and sprawling views of the surrounding hills. The village of San Vincenzo a Torri and of Ginestra Fiorentina are respectively 2km away grocery and bakery stores, pharmacy, bank, restaurant, news stands, and petrol stations are within minutes from the house. Only 16km (10miles) to Florence the toll free highway is 3km from the house. Car is a must.

Antica casa colonica con giardino

La casa che risale al 1600 circa è stata perfettamente restaurata. I suoi muri in pietra molto spessi fanno in modo che la temperatura sia ottimale in inverno ed estate. Oltre al fascino della casa antica, ha il pregio di essere situata sulla collina piu' vicina al centro della città, Pistoia. Per questo si puo' ammirare la vista della città dall'alto. Il centro storico dista solo 3 Km. La mia casa è quindi un ottimo punto di partenza per visitare le citta' vicine come Prato, Firenze e Lucca.

Podere Collina

Collina è un antico podere di pietra, la casa è circondata da campi e uliveti.Dispone di un ampio giardino con piscina e una terrazza dove poter svolgere piacevoli pranzi e cene. Sono disponibili un barbecue e mobili da giardino. La strada per arrivare alla casa nell'ultimo tratto non è asfaltata e non è quindi adatta per le macchine sportive o particolarmente basse. Il percorso si presta per piacevoli passeggiate di giorno, mentre di notte si consiglia l'uso dell'auto perchè non è illuminato.

Casa Rebecca con piccola piscina privata

La struttura è un piccolo open space con letto matrimoniale , bagno privato e angolo cottura all’interno di un antico fienile situato in complesso colonico. Circondato da uliveti e boschi di castagni ha una splendida vista sulla vallata. La struttura è indipendente e La Piscina e lo spazio esterno dove poter mangiare sono ad uso esclusivo e recintato. Parcheggio dentro la proprietà condiviso con me e altri ospiti.

Casa al Poggio is a typical country house of Chianti area is spread in 145 square meters on two floors, the ground floor is a large living area, with kitchen and sofa ,fireplace ,up stairs there is 2 large double bedrooms and a sofa bed in the middle open room , always setable as 2 singles or a double bed bed and a relaxing bathroom with shower and bath with Chianti view.

A modern 85 sqm apartment, just renovated, with a large double bedroom, another bedroom with two single beds, living room with sofa bed and 55'' TV, a spacious bathroom and a bright kitchen fully equipped. The balcony, directly connected with the kitchen, offers a nice view on the town of Montelupo. Rooms are decorated with particular paintings made by a local artist.
