Located on a quiet rural road just 7 miles north of Stephenville, this newly remodeled home is on a pond and has wooded acreage. The wide pond-side porch is scenic & great for both morning & evening use. The property is one mile from the Tarleton State University Rodeo Facility and close to Melody Mountain Ranch. The two first floor bedrooms each have a king sized bed. There is a queen bed in the bedroom upstairs and a trundle bed in the loft. The ground floor is all handicapped-accessible.

The Compass Loft has it's own private entrance. The only time our paths might cross are in the driveway or at the base of the stairs. The studio style floor plan has a private bathroom and a kitchenette with a sink, Keurig, microwave, toaster and mini fridge to hold your leftovers. We also have EV charger if needed.

Don't worry, though, you don't have to travel far for dining or entertainment, as restaurants and shops are just a few miles away. The Little Red Bunkhouse is a private retreat located on a 50 acre working farm in rural De Leon, Texas. As our guest, you can relax and unwind on your private deck overlooking nature at it's finest! Pastures, woods, pond, cows, chickens, and wildlife! Gorgeous unobstructed sunsets and a sky full of stars! A country road for long walks! A comfy queen bed, plus a sofa sleeps 3. Private bath with walk-in shower, kitchenette with cookware, WiFi, grill, and fire ring (wood provided).

Feel at home in this 3 bedroom, two full bath home with free parking for up to 4 vehicles in the driveway and street parking as well. This home offers 1 king, 1 queen, 3 Twins, and a sofa to accommodate 8 guests comfortably. It has central heat and air, and a full size washer and dryer and everything to throw in a load of laundry. The kitchen is stocked with a Keurig, coffee pot, and essential kitchen tools and appliances. Pets allowed w/fee. Must message for required pre approval.
