Lazy Cottage by the river

Lazy Cottage is located on the "The valley of beauty" ( Sebes valley ) in the Village of Laz, Alba, on the start of the Transalpina Road next to the river Sebes. It is what we call a "Home away from home" for whomever chooses to visit us, because you'll find here everything you'll need in a household and a bit more. For the rainy and cold days there is also a fireplace to keep you warm and cozy and a bunch of board games to choose from. Since we love pets, they are welcome as well !

Nestled in a 15,000 sqm private garden, our charming country cottage features three separate houses with four bedrooms, a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, barbecue area, and private bathrooms in each house for added comfort. Why not step back in time and enjoy the beauty of the Transylvania countryside? Situated in the top of the hill,the building was relocated and completely restored in 2017 on the former domains of Count Zichy from the Austro-Hungarian period. The old barn recreates the atmosphere of the end of the 18th century,offering the current and modern confort. Also,the “OLD WOODEN BARN” offers a wonderful and unique view of the pine forest that surrounds this dream landscape. .

Polne Chaty are unique and charming ecological houses in the bosom of nature. You will experience peace and quiet here, as well as space to spend quality time with yourself, as a couple or with your loved ones. Here you will find a view of the meadows and the majestic Spisz hills, and a few steps from us you will admire the beautiful panorama of the Tatra Mountains. We built the houses for ourselves and we live in one of them, so we will be happy to host you here.
