We have a lovely, renovated "tiny house" and are happy to share it with others! My husband and I have the good fortune to be tucked away in the North Carolina woods, surrounded by trees and wildlife... but only 10 minutes from downtown Chapel Hill. We recently renovated an old "shack" on our property and turned it into a beautiful, welcoming guest house. It sleeps 2 comfortably, but has a convertible couch if you are +1. We're a mile from downtown Carrboro; about 3 miles from UNC-Chapel Hill; about a block from a coffee shop; very near a grocery store. We're just steps from a bus stop (Chapel Hill Transit provides free service). What our house lacks in modern amenities, it makes up for in, well, in stuff. There's lots of stuff to look at. Plenty of deer on the front lawn, not that we're together enough to have an actual lawn. We'll cook you breakfast if you want.
