Relax at this charming 18th century stone cottage in the picturesque village of Brassington - a scattering of cottages, two pubs and a church across the hillside - in the beautiful Derbyshire Dales on the southern edge of the Peak District National Park (AONB). With original features including shuttered sash windows and two stone fireplaces each with a woodburner, Hope Cottage has retained its character so after a day exploring, it's a cosy home-from-home with vintage finds & modern comforts.

On the edge of the Peak District, Breach Farm is just outside the village of Carsington. Situated in beautiful countryside with rural views. Created from an old stone barn, the cottage is comfortably furnished and well equipped. We are next to Carsington Water and are ideally located for exploring the areas attractions, historic houses, pubs and walking routes. The market towns of Ashbourne, Matlock and Wirksworth are a short drive. Friday to Friday bookings preferred in peak season.
