Quiet retreat by Caddo lake with private boat ramp. Launch your own boat, or use kayaks. Filming of the movie produced by M. Night Shyamalan "Caddo Lake" was seen from the waterfront of Pelican Place. The patio is perfect for grilling dinner while enjoying the beautiful scenery of Caddo Lake. The updated interior of the house has maintained its rustic charm; provides a complete kitchen, private bedroom & queen sleeper sofa in living room. This unique A frame cabin is nestled on the lakefront- northern part of Toledo Bend, surrounded by mature trees that creates breathtaking landscape. From the patio, you are able to watch eagles landing and souring through beautiful sunsets. Cabin has been updated with new A/C, new flooring and furniture. Come relax at this quiet, clean cabin with two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a loft overlooking a beautiful view of Toledo Lake. Due to nature surrounding, internet is average speed.

If you are seeking a quiet place to relax and enjoy the beautiful sunset on the water, look no further than this new lakeside cabin on Lake O' the Pines. There is not a boat dock but around the corner is a boat ramp and of course you can fish from the shore. This shoreline is not the best for swimming it has several stumps but great for fishing. We do not have Wi-Fi but good cell phone service/hotspot. Restaurants and shopping 20 miles in the historical town of Jefferson.

This cabin is just steps from the water on beautiful Lake Naconiche, just minutes from Nacogdoches and SFA. It features cozy bedding, heated bathroom floors, a full sized kitchen, and a living room area. Our property is gated and has a private dock with water access. Whether you’re looking for a relaxing getaway or a fishing trip, this property is for you. The Lake Naconiche Park & boat ramp is about a half mile away…best spot on the lake!

The Blue House on Cross Lake

This cottage was built circa 1926 on Cross Lake as the home for Lonnie Erwin who owned a catfish restaurant next to his home. Back in the day it was popular to drive up from Shreveport if they caught enough catfish to serve. The restaurant closed in the mid 1940s and it and the cottage fell into disrepair. We renovated the cottage and restaurant (also on Airbnb as The Red House on Cross Lake) and brought them up to date.
