Composta da zona giorno open space con cucina, 2 bagni e una camera da letto con letto matrimoniale. Servizio autobus comodo da/alla Stazione ferroviaria, navetta aeroporto e autobus per la Fiera. Stupendo terrazzo con vista sui tetti e chiese bolognesi. Un vero angolo suggestivo dove sentirsi a casa

A cozy stone and wood chalet with amazing views of the Apennines, surrounded by nature with a large garden where you can relax and enjoy the spectacular sunsets. We will be happy to host you on the ground floor which is dedicated to the B&B. The warm and welcoming rooms have independent entrances and lead onto the garden. Fantastic location between Bologna and Florence, 10' from the motorway exit and 30' from Bologna airport. Don't miss the sunset, even better with a good glass of wine!

Monolocale di recente ristrutturazione, ubicato sulla piazza principale di Budrio, su cui affaccia con due balconi. Si trova a 100m dalla fermata dell'autobus, a 200 da quella del treno e a 350 dall'ospedale. Riscaldamento a pavimento, cucina con forno tradizionale, forno a microonde, macchinetta del caffè, frigorifero e freezer. Lava asciuga e stendibiancheria. Letto alla francese. Smart TV e WI-FI gratuito. Ampia doccia con cromoterapia. Si trova al secondo piano senza ascensore.

The apartment is located at the second floor of a pretty building al 300 metres from Castenaso centre. It offers a main room with a double bed plus a single bed, a secondary room with 2 single beds, a spacious living-room with the sofas that can be used as a supplementary beds, only one bathroom with the shower box and a wide kitchen where you can have your breakfast or, for a cheaper holiday, also your meals. We are well equipped for the babies (high chair, camping beds, etc).

L'appuntamento si trova in centro città. Parcheggio pubblico e privato nelle immediate vicinanze.
