Piccola Casa ( CIR00503700001) ist ein kleines antikes Dorfhäuschen im alten Kern von Cessole. Das Häuschen wurde 2018 vollständig restauriert und in ein kleines Designschmuckstück verwandelt. Das Haus besticht durch eine einzigartige Atmosphäre und verbindet Wohlbehagen mit Design und moderner Technik. Fußbodenheizung und Kamin sorgen für Behaglichkeit. Auch als Arbeitsplatz ist es eine echte Alternative! Das Haus ist zu allen Jahreszeiten eine Reise Wert. Das Meer und die Berge um die Ecke.

La nostra casa, un'antica residenza contadina costruita nel 1600 interamente in pietra e custodita dalla nostra famiglia per generazioni, è un luogo dove la storia incontra la bellezza più autertica della natura. Sovrapprezzo per pulizia extra dovuta alla presenza di animali in casa ( 20€ per tutto la durata del soggiorno) We love dogs with any size, just with good behaviour. Surcharge for cleaning due to the presence of animals at home (20€ for duration of all stay).

Interamente ristrutturata, la casa dispone di un ampia cucina nuova dotata di forno e lavastoviglie, un caminetto a legna, un divano letto, arredi storici e complementi moderni. Al piano superiore rimarrete affascinati dai particolari del letto e dal bagno. Il punto forte di questa casa rimane il giardino, intimo e privato, curato nei minimi dettagli.

We are at few minutes from Alba, Bra, Barolo, La Morra, Neive, Barbaresco and the main points of interest in Langhe and Roero. Moreover we are 45 minutes from the city of Turin, which can therefore be visited in one day.
