The perfect little pied a terre, close to Cardiff University. This newly refurbished ground floor studio has been created with great attention to detail. From the bespoke handmade kitchen units to the quirky porcelain sink atop the units, this apartment offers a style which is a little different to the norm. The open plan living/sleeping area has an ensuite shower room. The space also offers practical touches like a shared laundry out-house with washing machine and tumble dryer and bike storage.

There is a double bed, wardrobe and a comfy single sofa , TV and wifi. The private ensuite shower room has a shower, toilet and basin. The property does not come with parking.

A little luxury in pontcanna

Free parking on site! You will enter the flat from its own private entrance. Once inside, there is a well equipped kitchen, and a spacious living area complete with sofa, TV and coffee/dining table (the coffee table lifts up for more comfortable dining experience). The bedroom is again a nice spacious room, complete with wardrobe and dressing table. There are usb sockets on each side of the bed. Private en-suite bathroom with shower. Within easy reach of all local attractions.

The Little Cottage, Blackweir Cottages

This stone built single story little cottage is set in a court yard that was part of the farm that supplied food for the Marquess of Bute at Cardiff Castle just half a mile away. This charming old cottage was probably an animal barn. A Perfect quiet location in the centre of the vibrant city. it has its own WIFI. Please note that it is NOT Blackweir Terrace (which is about 200 yards the other side of the road) but Google maps have overruled me! See directions after you book.

Little Gem, off road parking & EV charger

Following Cardiff City's new parking rules it's become a non free parking zone covering a radius of 2miles. my house one of the very few with a secure off road space within 15 minutes walk of the city centre, the EV charger is an added bonus. This is definitely not a party house, I only accept bookings from guests who are looking for a quiet stay at a fantastic location with great facilities. It dates from the 1930s with some original features but with modern amenities.

Peaceful and Unique Stay in City Centre

Perfectly situated for a visit to sporting and entertainment events in Cardiff City Centre or a visit to children studying at the university, our annexe is a beautiful, recently renovated space. It comprises a kitchen/living room/diner with high ceiling, a spacious bedroom with a double bed, a sofa bed and an en-suite shower room. We are happy to host fully house-trained, well-behaved pets but please contact us before you book to discuss your needs.
