It is situated in the centre of the pretty historic market town of Penrith within easy walking reach of several good restaurants. Penrith is in the centre of Cumbria, with the Lake District on the doorstep. There is a pretty south-facing cottage garden full of flowers in the front - with a patio sitting area.
