PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: This is a private, open-concept STUDIO APARTMENT—not an entire house. Maximum occupancy is 5 people, including children and infants. One queen bed and up to three rollaway cots are available. We cannot accommodate more than 5 guests. If 2 persons need separate beds, an extra fee of $50 will be added for the use of a rollaway cot. The property is bordered by a ravine on one side and a NYS walking trail that follows an old rail line on the other. The historic Village of Cazenovia is 4 miles away.

Private, spacious suite just steps away from everything! Two large bedrooms, full bathroom, and gracious living room with open gas fireplace, all furnished with heirloom furniture. Luxury bedlinens. Private entrance. Walk-in shower. No kitchen, but we offer a mini fridge and microwave!

Bedrooms and full bath are upstairs on the second floor. The 1860 Suite is located on a scenic tree lined village street. Stroll down the sidewalk to quaint village shops, Cazenovia Lake, parks, plus fine dining & "farm to table" restaurants.
