Our home is tucked away off of Washington Street and feels secluded though we are almost in downtown Dover. Our home was built as a warehouse 100 years ago and was converted to a residence about 12 years ago. The apartment has a separate entrance from the rest of the house and has a private deck. The space is light and airy, both rustic and contemporary, with old floors and exposed rafters. We are a short walk to downtown restaurants and bars, and the train to Boston or Portland, Maine.
Fully furnished studio apartment above home owners' garage with private entrance. Secluded 5.5 acre lot of land surrounded by beautiful woods. Vaulted ceilings with ladder to loft with queen bed. Big, sunny south-facing windows overlooking back yard and gardens. Homeowners are a laid-back, married, mid-30's gay couple, living in the main house with their newborn baby girl and two dogs. LGBTQ friendly home that welcomes kind guests of any race, gender, and orientation. A minute from Route 125.
Super cozy, beautiful cottage right on the lake and dirt roads.. Yard includes plenty of places to sit, hammock, propane firepit, etc... Inside includes reading areas, dvds, wifi, books, coloring books, puzzles, games. Enjoy the rowboat or kayaks or bring your own boat and tie up to the dock.
