Laramie is located near great views, hiking, biking and skiing. The apartment is perfect for couples, parents visiting their UW student, athletic events, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The Carriage House

The Carriage House is a lovely studio-styled space, located in the tree area of Laramie, near a large park, and within walking distance of our historic downtown! Enjoy the heated floors throughout the entire home while you relax in comfort. It features stained concrete floors with in-floor heating, a full-use kitchen, kitchen table, a small couch, king-size bed, and a full bathroom. There are locks on both doors and street side parking is free and available. There is smart TV available.

Welcome to the Blue Sky Suite, 1 block from the UW campus and 4 blocks to the stadium. The suite contains a full bathroom, well-furnished kitchenette with full-sized refrigerator, coffee bar, microwave, toaster oven, hot plate, breakfast options, & coffee bar. Enjoy the spacious bedroom/ living area. Laundry available by request. You'll be very comfortable in this light-filled downstairs space. Best for: adult travelers. Beautiful scenery and abundance of deer and elk. Fenced back yard and pet friendly. Queen bed in main bedroom with twin bed downstairs in semi private area. Additional bedroom with queen bed and private bath and studio apartment available upon request for extra fee. No cell service.

Basement suite in historic downtown house

This basement suite has a true western flair with antiques and fun amenities. It has a queen bed and a very large comfy leather sectional couch. Three blocks from the university and three blocks from historic downtown Laramie. We are right on the parade route during Jubilee days and UW homecoming. Pups are expected to be kept on leash on common grounds, and taken to alley to potty. We are not a corporate Airbnb. We are old school. We live on property and we always greet our guests.

PLEASE NOTE: The living room heating unit becomes HOT when in use and creates an environment not for crawling age to 3 to 4 yrs. This apartment is within walking distance to downtown and the University of Wyoming. It has a queen size bed, full bath and essential kitchen items. Once a house, this building was converted into an 11 unit apartment building in the 1930’s. We have recently updated this unit and continue with renovations as time and weather allows.
