We are located in the heart of the Hill Country with live water on two sides of the property. You’ll love our home as it has 10 Acres nestled on 600' of Guadalupe river frontage. Our manufactured home has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths with a large front porch, Party pavilion inclusive of hot tub, outdoor fireplace with fantastic couch seating, pool table, smoker, grill, outdoor dining for 12.

Its cozy and stylish interior includes a king bed with organic cotton sheets, a thoughtfully stocked kitchenette, a full bathroom with a rain shower, a padded reading nook with a round window, and an outdoor bathtub on the upper deck. Perfectly situated 5 minutes to Comfort, 25 to Kerrville, 25 to Fredericksburg & 20 to Boerne: Great for taking advantage of all the dining, shopping and attractions in the hill country. Also an especially good location for bicyclists & motorcyclists. One small house-trained dog that remains leashed while outdoors is welcome.
