Hello, and welcome to the lodge, country living. We are a hunting lodge located in Southeastern South Dakota. 10 minutes from Vermillion, 10 minutes to I-29. You are booking our guest house! A space for you and your family to relax, unwind and enjoy the quiet countryside. You will love the outdoor spaces. Quiet split level farm home w/ garage parking

Welcome to the Gregoire Farm. Our home is a recently remodeled split level located on our family farm. It has 3 bedrooms and two baths as well a sofa bed. Park your car in our two car garage. Great place for a larger group to have plenty of room. A little ways off the beaten path but worth a little extra drive. 15 min drive to Vermillion, 20 min drive to Yankton and 35 minutes to Sioux Falls. If you are looking for a quiet place to yourself please consider us. Non-smoking, pet free home.

The Carriage House at Riverbend

Welcome to our quiet, country home situated only 2 miles east of the Sioux Falls city limit and just south of State Highway 42, along the Big Sioux River. It is a short 15 minute drive to downtown Sioux Falls. We are minutes away from Willow Run Golf Course, Grand Falls Casino and the Riverview Barn. You’ll love our place because of the quiet, comfortable location and the views of the countryside. Our upstairs Carriage House is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Delightful and Peaceful 1-Bedroom Farm Cabin

Get away from the busyness of life and relax in this peaceful farm cabin under the stars. The cabin features a full kitchen and dining area, along with access to an outdoor patio equipped with a grill, picnic table, and pergola. Inside, you’ll find a cozy living area with a loveseat and a 50” TV perfect for snuggling up and watching your favorite movie. The Grain Bin Lodge and Retreat

Sorry, no children under the age of 12. This large grain bin has been converted into a rustic two story getaway using reclaimed barn wood and many antiques. The 700 square foot main floor includes a full bath, a vintage retro kitchenette (micro wave, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer, NO OVEN), reclining love seat, a smart tv with WIFI and Direct TV, along with a large dining area with 2 tables. The 500 square foot open loft area includes one full bed and 2 queen beds.
