The Birch ply interior, wool carpet and heat pump create a warm and cosy vibe. The Barn is set in a rural landscape overlooking a lovely large pond inhabited by local birdlife. Approx 10-15 mins drive from Dunedin city centre and 3 mins to historic Port Chalmers and some of the best beaches and coastal scenery Otago has to offer all nearby.

They will likely be playing in the garden and would be thrilled to receive a pat from dog-loving guests.

You’ll love my place because of the central location, art deco architecture with a modern renovation including new kitchen, bathroom, double glazing, heat pumps, tv and wifi. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. No children sorry!

This studio room features a queen bed and a single bed, an en-suite bathroom and kitchen facilities (please see house rules for restrictions) along with a high standard of comfort provided by double-glazed windows and doors, full insulation and a heatpump to keep you comfortable during the colder part of the year. There is an adjacent studio very similar in set-up but with just one queen bed. Off-street car parking is available right outside the space.
