By the Lake is a welcoming, private suite situated in a beautiful, modern waterfront home with a stunning view over the lake and a lovely garden with a hot tub. Five minutes drive from downtown and 15 minutes from Whitewater ski area, provides refreshing hikes and skiing opportunities close by. Close access to shopping and restaurants. John's Walk lakeside path passes right by the house, leading you to attractive Lakeside Park. Our beach provides a peaceful spot to relax on the lake shore.

The Rusty Bear - Waterfront home on Kootenay Lake.

The Rusty Bear is our awesome home in Procter Point. Our rock beach on Kootenay Lake gives way to a world of watersports possibilities including kayaking, SUP and world-class fishing. The small community of Procter offers a General Store (complete with fuel and liquor) as well as the Village Bakery (with their famous cinnamon buns). Hiking and biking the Proctologist trails are just out the front door. Golfing is around the corner. Dining, if not on our amazing deck, is a short drive.

Welcome to our renovated 1900 historic cottage. It is one of the oldest, cutest, and best located homes in all of Nakusp. Backing right onto the lake you will have 180 degree views of the lake from one the biggest lake front decks in all of Nakusp (and of course out all the windows as well)! Our home is also located right in the heart of town so you can easily walk to the beach, marina, farmers markets and all the town shops.

Situated on Kootenay lake, our suites provide travelers with a choice between two unique and beautiful accommodations. Both suites are spacious and feature incredible lake and mountain views, private decks, fully equipped kitchens, and private access to a secluded beach.
