Upper Stables is a romantic hideaway nestled in the private countryside of Carclew on the outskirts of Mylor, in easy reach of creeks, beaches and Falmouth. The stables have been lovingly refurbished and boast wood fired hot tub, beams, woodburner, luxurious bathroom - roll top bath and rain shower and a large well equipped kitchen. There are many lovely spots to enjoy; meadow for sundowners, private 1 mile walk - perfect for dog owners, fenced garden with barbecue and fire pit for star gazing.

Being centrally located in Cornwall, you are not far from either North or South coast, many attractions & beautiful beaches. You are very near Truro Golf Club where visitors are welcome & tennis club.

The cottage is on a quiet lane overlooking Carn Marth hill, fields, tin mines and Bissoe coast-to-coast bike trail. The accommodation has two toilets, one on the ground floor. It is a 10 minute drive to the beaches and also 10 minutes to the centre of Truro, with lots of shops, cafes and quaint streets. An ideal getaway, centrally located to explore Cornwall. Close to hospital for work placements.

Quiet walks direct from the door and various beaches are just a 10 - 15 minute car journey - with the famous surfing beach of Porthtowan just 10 minutes away. The cottage is just a short stroll from our good village pub.
