It only takes about five minutes to reach the city center,the old town or the beach on foot and the apartment is on the second floor with lift. This charming apartment has two private balconies with a magnificent view, equipped with outside tables so you can enjoy your meals with a view.There are two beds and a sofa which is easily expandable to two a bed, so the apartment is perfect for couples or families with children.

Hello dear guests, my name is Maria. After many years of working in the tourism industry I decided to rent a house through Airbnb. It is a newly renovated one bedroom apartment on the second floor with a kitchen, a bathroom and a big balcony. It is located 350m away from the beach, 900m away from the bus station (KTEL) and 900m away from the old town and the notorious old harbor. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood in the most beautiful city of Crete, Chania.

CURRENTLY, CONSTRUCTION WORKS ARE BEING CARRIED OUT on a building opposite the apartment, so some days the noise could be increased. For this reason, in case the noise does indeed cause you a problem, we will provide you a 10% discount on your stay.
