We welcome you to our cottage "au son de l'eau", a true haven of peace located at the end of a dead end on the banks of the Charente. Its location makes it a quiet place, ideal for unwinding. This property is divided into 3 independent houses. It is established on a plot of 4000m2. Located on the 'Flow Vélo', you can cycle there on a secure axis. This cycle route connects the Charente maritime estuary to Sarlat La Caneda in the Dordogne over 400km.

You’ll love Chez Mondy the perfect place to relax and unwind, with breath-taking views. Conservatory Kitchen. 2 bedrooms, all rooms are independently accessed via the veranda. The Pool opens early June to late September weather dependent. Varaignes has a chateau, Resraurant, boulangerie.

Piscine partagée avec nous et chauffée de juin à septembre (accès de 10h à 19h). A 10 min du centre ville d’Angoulême. Un petit coin de paradis : un oasis au coeur de la ville et à une bonne heure des premières plages de la côte Atlantique.

A beautiful stone cottage set in private grounds, down its own track surrounded by cognac vineyards. A 200 year old exterior, with very modern 'Boutique Hotel' style interior with every comfort. Decking and outdoor furniture and use of swimming pool (normally open for 1st of June but can be earlier, depending on weather.)
