Stone Cottage in Grounds of a 16th-Century Castle

The cottage sits on the grounds of a castle dating back to 1543 offering an authentic stay. The interior retains a decor that matches the historic charm of the area with modern comforts added and a shared pool in the stunning gardens outside. This is our smallest cottage and cannot take an additional bed or cot. The other cottages are all larger and can do this. All 3 cottages can be rented separately or together. They are in the grounds of a 16th century castle with beautiful gardens and large swimming pool enclosed by stone walls. The lower salon and summer kitchen in the main chateau is available to share. Access is by the side garden gate and all cottages are accessed by stone steps- sadly not suitable for wheelchairs. We will most likely be present living in the main Chateau and available to help and advise about restaurants and things to do in the area. We will share the pool and gardens. The old village is in a beautiful part of France that is has retained its iconic beauty through the centuries and still feels untouched by modern life in many places. Experience true local dining and bakeries with scenic walking trails all around. parking is in the church square below the Chateau. There is a local taxi service in the village and bus service to Avignon, Banyols sur Ceze and Uzes but car hire is recommended. We are 20 minutes from Avignon TGV rail station and about an hour from Marseille, Nimes or Montpellier airports. The cottages are completely private and tranquil.

« Sous un Olivier » : Le Figuier & Le Châtaignier sont 2 maisons mitoyennes de 50m2 construites sur notre propriété de 4.500m2 très arborée, avec accès indépendant. Configuration symétrique : les terrasses sont à l’opposé l’une de l’autre, conférant à chacun une parfaite tranquillité. RDC : pièce de vie cuisine ouverte, WC. Étage : chambre climatisée (lit 160) avec dressing, salle de douche. Piscine semi hors sol 3x5m, en service de FIN AVRIL à FIN SEPT. ⚠️ Non sécurisée, pas d’enfants

L'Ôlive, jolie maison écologique 4 personnes

Situé en Ardèche Méridionale, L'Ôlive propose Blanche, un éco-gîte de 48 m² d'une capacité de 4 personnes. Il comprend une connexion wi-fi gratuite, un salon équipé d'une TV, deux chambres - dont une avec un lit double (Queen Size - 160cm) et la deuxième avec 2 lits simples (90 cm). Sa cuisine comprend frigo, lave-vaisselle, lave linge, four micro-ondes, grille pain, cafetière expresso MALONGO. La piscine est partagée avec les 3 autres gîtes qui constitue ce petit domaine de vacance.

Une charmante petite maison cévenole avec trois terrasses, une très belle vue dans un hameau magnifique. Une terrasse sur laquelle ouvre le séjour est ombragée, les deux autres, en bas et en haut, sont ensoleillées. Un cabinet de toilette avec WC dessert les chambres et une vraie salle de bains avec baignoire est au rez de chaussée, ainsi qu'un WC indépendant. Chaque chambre est équipée d'un grand lit, la plus grande a aussi un canapé comme lit d'appoint, un lit de bébé est disponible.
