Located in Blonay just 10 minutes from Vevey / Montreux, in a quiet residential area, our modern holiday home offers panoramic views of Lake Geneva and the Alps from; the terrace, all rooms and outdoor heated swimming pool. The eco-friendly property was built in 2015. It accommodates 2 houses and provides; parking, its own private terrace and access to a large open garden. A seulement 15 minutes de Lausanne, 30 de Montreux (Riviera) ou des Paccots, 1h de Champéry et 1 heure 15 de Verbier, dans la commune de Corcelles le Jorat, nous vous accueillons dans une charmante dépendance entièrement restaurée en 2016, avec vue magnifique sur les Alpes Fribourgeoises. C'est aujourd'hui un gite de charme d'une surface d'environ 55m2, très confortable, décoré avec goût pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes. Nous vous accueillerons en français, en allemand, ou en anglais.

Le chalet est situé à 1200m (alt.) sur la montagne les Pléiades en pleine nature (véhicule nécessaire). Le lieu est idéal pour combiner randonnées, et découvrir la région du Lac Léman. Nous parlons français, allemand, anglais (petit-déjeuner inclus ). The chalet is located at 1200m (alt.) On the Pléiades mountain in the middle of nature (vehicle necessary). Bonjour! Maison d’Hôtes individuelle au centre du Parc régional Gruyère Pays d’Enhaut, dans le beau village de Lessoc. Transformée en 2015, cette bâtisse jadis office de grenier, a conservé des éléments architecturaux traditionnels. Un mélange d’éléments d’époque, de matériaux naturels et de confort moderne, créent une ambiance de charme. Un logement chaleureux avec une âme. Ensoleillement maximal grâce à sa position plein sud. Terrasse et petit jardin en face des Alpes Fribourgeoises.

Just a 5-minute drive away, you'll find a wide range of shops and restaurants in the center of Les Paccots and in Châtel-Saint-Denis (for the more adventurous, a 30-minute walk!)

Living up here, with a view of the mountains, with plenty of sunshine, and just a 5-minute drive from all amenities, is even better! Welcome to Crésuz, to our bright, and authentic chalet. Peace and quiet, views, amenities (wood-burning stove, fully equipped kitchen, bathtub, games, books about the region, bed/changing table/high chair, yoga mat, binoculars...).

On l'a construite pour nous avec coeur, cette petite maison. Elle se trouve à proximité de notre maison d'habitation, mais elle bénéficie d'une vue dégagée et préserve votre intimité. Vous allez vous sentir chez vous. On rêve en regardant la vue, la course du soleil, sur une des terrasses ou au coin du feu. Pour déconnecter, découvrir la Gruyère, s'isoler pour télétravailler, s'évader en amoureux... Le plus difficile est d'en repartir.
