Built in 1872 as a boarding house for students and their guests, our hope is to provide a comfortable, authentic home stay in the heart of the University of the South (locally known as the College). We love dogs, but no pets please. • Susan is a graduate of the University of the South and is currently a realtor in Sewanee. • Greg worked in government, college bookstores, teaching , dorm parent, & coaching at an independent school.

The Inn is a historic Allatoona lakefront Victorian Mansion/farm. You get 2 guest rooms with no other guests. We include linens/towels, coffee, Wi-Fi, cleaning, and TV. Health dept. says no cooking in kitchen but you have access to frigs, microwave and large toaster oven. Price is for 6 guests, but 2 more can be added for $30.00 per night/guest. Surveillance is used in public areas/grounds as required by our local govt. We are near Lakepoint, Redtop Mountain State Park, and Smithsonian museums.
