Sunset Bay Guest House

My place is close to restaurants and dining, the beach, family-friendly activities, and nightlife. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). I do not allow pets and have parking for one vehicle. Generally check-in is after 2pm and check-out is 10am but I am flexible when possible. From June 19, 2021 - September 4, 2021, 7-day min. only with check-in on Saturday and check-out on following Saturday. The rest of the year there is a 2-day minimum

House On Cedar Beach

Walk out of the house and walk on to Cedar Beach! Our house is the only one situated directly on a public beach in the City! It is located on the bicycle path, and is two blocks from the Dunkirk Lighthouse, as well as Point Gratiot Park. There are lake views from the living room, kitchen, sun room porch & 2nd floor master bedroom. There are cathedral ceilings on the entire 2nd floor. The sun porch has a seating area for 4, where you can have your morning coffee and gaze onto the beach & water!

Lotus Bay Cabin- Now Open! Pool/Hot Tub/Beach

*In-ground pool with spill over hot tub & pool house open through Dec. 1st, 2025 *8-person stand alone hot tub opens Dec. 1st, 2025 Autumn, winter, is that you? A cold drink in the in-ground hot tub & pool, meals in the fully stocked kitchen, movies on the spacious sectional, book reading in the sunroom, cozy bomb-fires under the stars & beach strolls for gorgeous sunsets & walks along Lake Erie…simply cannot go wrong! Lake Erie Wine Country, Buffalo & Niagara Falls all within close reach!

The Seaglass Shack

Newly renovated 4 bedroom 2 bath house on Lake Erie in a private community. The master bedroom has a queen bed and full bath and outdoor deck.. The second bath also houses the laundry. The second bedroom has a queen bed the third bedroom has two twin beds. There is a loft area reached by a library ladder that has a sitting area and 5 mattresses on floor The kitchen has all new appliances and open to living and dining area. An enclosed porch open onto a large deck There is direct beach access.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful, lakefront oasis surrounded by mature trees. The second story porch offers plenty of room for outdoor dining with views of some of the best sunsets on Chautauqua Lake. You'll enjoy close to 100' of lakefront on Tinkertown Bay directly across from Chautauqua Institution. Bring your boat along to our dock (shared with neighbors) or roast some s'mores at the firepit next to the shore. Our dock will be removed 10/11/25 and is usually installed in early May
