We also have a one bedroom cottage next door for rent. When you arrive you will find yourself nestled between Lake Erie and Chautauqua Creek on 7 forested acres. Both features can be accessed in less than a 200 foot walk from the cottage. On the beach you can spend time hunting for beach glass and driftwood.

Exhale, drive up the private driveway to the waterfront Chautaqua Creek Retreat on the coveted Chautauqua Gorge. Enjoy 4.4 wooded acres. Walk or drive down path to the creek. One of the best steelhead fishing in season and swimming holes in NY state. This spacious home offers a peaceful getaway on the outskirts of town with a birds eye view of the Allegheny River. You will find easy access to many water activities and just a stone throw away is a public boat launch and dock. Allowing you and other guests to take a quiet stroll to see the white swans along the river. The home is only a short drive to the heart of the city and Allegheny National Forest where you can find outdoor activities and trails as well as many delicious restaurants.

A special place to have peace and quiet but near so much. Chautauqua Lake and Institution are just a short drive away. The village of Westfield is about two miles. Just a short drive to the marina with a boat launch and fishing charter. Your place will be about in the middle of the wine tour along Lake Erie. Plenty of restaurants and a smoked fish house nearby. Barcelona beach is a short walk behind my place near the mouth of Chautauqua Creek. A 14 acre preserve borders my property.
