You’ll get “all the feels” of rustic elegance as the log walls and wood floors glow from the sun streaming through the skylights and windows. Comfortable couches, soft throw blankets, healthy plants, and the coffee corner are just a few of the touches that will make you feel welcomed. Relax in the serenity that is off the tourist’s beaten path but enjoy the convenience of being close to the Lancaster attractions.

Starlight Carriage House: Philly Villanova Wayne

Escape to this tucked away apartment in a Main Line carriage house. Located 5 min from Villanova University & downtown Wayne; 10 min from King of Prussia; short walk to Radnor Train Station gets you to Philadelphia in 30 min with access to NYC and D.C. With a private entrance, full kitchen, bath, and bedroom, we preserved the cedar shake exterior, wood beams & floors, & exposed the cupola. Perfect for university visits, Valley Forge National Park, or Philly access without staying in the city.

Enjoy the custom made cedarwood sauna, hot tub, firepit with hanging egg chairs while listening to the beautiful waterfall feature. Inside, there is a fully stocked kitchen including nespresso machine, air fryer, blender and more. King size bed with a Helix Hospitality mattress dressed with luxe Brooklinen linens & pillows. Spacious bathroom with a large stand up shower.

Covered Bridge Cottage

Located on a farm in the heart of Amish country and amid one of the largest concentrations of antiques in America, we are central to many attractions, yet quaint and secluded enough to provide a relaxing retreat. The Covered Bridge Cottage started out in the 1800’s as a mill office and over the years was converted into a home through several additions. The house has been in our family for close to a century and it was our honor to restore it to a comfortable, energy efficient, durable home.

This adorable ranch home has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a spacious living area, dining area to seat six, and a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen. Located near area attractions but still in the country with fields on 3 sides of the home. No TV but the WIFI signal is good. Walmart and several restaurants are only about 10 minutes drive. Longwood Gardens, King of Prussia Mall within 35 min drive. Amish attractions, Sight and Sound, Strasburg Railroad, Dutch Wonderland within 40 minutes drive.

The J. Pyle House, built in 1844, is in the National Historic District of Kennett Square, PA. We are in the heart of walkable downtown Kennett Square and a quick 6 minute drive to Longwood Gardens. The townhome has been lovingly restored to reflect its mid-19th century roots, while providing an updated, cozy place to relax while visiting our quaint town. 45 min to the PHL airport, 25 min to Wilmington, DE, 25 min to West Chester University, 6 min to Longwood Gardens 15 min to Winterthur

The Log House at Twin Brook

A cozy family getaway. While staying here, you will get to live in this historic stone home with a beautiful log addition. The original structure was built in the 1700s and served as the servant's quarters for the stone house across the road where your hosts now live. Set out in the country, you will be delighted with the peaceful environment created by the woods, fields, and buggies going by on the road. The house is set close to the road, so traffic can be heard at times.

Lovers A-Frame Tiny Home - With Sauna & Hot Tub!

Perfect for a romantic getaway, or a peaceful time in nature. The A-frame is one of the best scenic experiences you will find! With heat and AC, a luxurious bed, kitchenette, outdoor rain shower, bath house, sauna, hot tub, flat top griddle and the unparalleled connection to nature – Robes also provided! What better way to spend a few nights to fully re-energize yourselves! If your lucky, you may even see some deer or turkey feeding in the cornfield :)

The Millhaus

This is the original "tiny house." Built in 1766, the Millhaus sits on a 32-acre historic site with the Knauer Mill, Horseshoe Trail, and French Creek. Take a short hike along the water's edge to Saint Peter’s Village for coffee & pastries, or dinner & drinks. Recharge with modern touches like onsite massage and private fitness amenities, available by appointment. Stay put and unwind—or venture out and explore the best of PA from this beautiful location!
