We equipped the unit with a 50" flat screen TV, full cable package, bose sound bar/Bluetooth speaker, high speed internet, walk in shower with dual shower heads and a bench seat, full kitchen with gas stove, bedroom with a queen size bed, living room with a pull out sofa, fenced private patio area with fire pit, off street parking 30 ft from the door, and everything you need for a nice quiet night and or weekend getaway. Avenue House is two bedroom, two baths with a freshness of furnishings and appliances. I clean the house myself and I invite you to relax knowing that it is ultra clean. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make a summer meal. Laundry is ready to go. The front yard has been newly landscaped and rich with growth. The back yard has a patio with full table, sitting area, lawn, shady, fish pond and landscaped to enhance birds, bees and butterflies is in progress.

It is a short drive/bike ride down Vallombrosa Avenue to the University and downtown Chico and is filled with books, musical instruments, and places to relax for families or couples/friends traveling together. Absolutely NO SMOKING inside or out. Please contact host if interested in booking the backyard studio for an additional nightly cost.
