It is an ensuite double bedroom with king size bed plus your own unique lounge, overlooking garden and woodland. There is car parking and bike storage and is only a short walk from Stocksfield rail station and bus routes. Great base for trips to Hadrian’s Wall, historic properties, Northumberland National Park and the nearby towns of Corbridge and Hexham. A hamper of breakfast goodies is provided.

Situated in woodland and fields is a small c18th farm with a beautiful light open-plan Cottage and spectacular views of National Trust Gibside and the Column to Liberty. Wild swimming, cycling and endless walks lie just beyond its gate. One of five dwellings, the Cottage has a private entrance and exclusive use of a small south-facing garden. Night skies are spectacular and often punctuated with calling owls and the rustle of hedgehogs & badgers. Bird spotting and fishing is another delight.

South facing rustic stone built barn conversion for 4 people close to Acomb village within the Dark Sky National Park. A private garden from which to enjoy stunning views and stargaze. Hadrian's Wall, Hexham market town, country walks, cycle routes and village pubs all a stones throw from the doorstep. The Michelin Star restaurant,Pines is 10 mins away. The Old Post Office

Set in the quaint Northumbrian village of Hedley on the Hill, The Old Post Office provides a fantastic traditional-come-modern place to stay. Farmhouse annex in Northumberland village

The Old Farmhouse is a period property in the village of Slaley. A separate annex offers guests a sitting room with wood burning stove and a large family bedroom. A separate kitchen provides full electric oven with induction hob, fridge, microwave, and a washing machine. The Rose and Crown, is a community pub/restaurant located in the village and there is also a small community shop. It is only 1 mile to Slaley Hall with its excellent restaurant, leisure facilities and golf course.

Swinburne Castle

Swinburne Castle is perfectly situated within its own beautiful parkland and gardens. Traditionally decorated, parts of the house have tremendous history dating back to the 12th century. The east wing is extremely comfortable and private, and don't be perturbed by the stone steps leading down to the vaulted cellar. In the mornings you can look forward to a delicious breakfast in the formal dining room. There is ample parking and a tennis court you are welcome to use.
