Είναι μέσα στο πράσινο και στα λουλούδια, εχει μεγάλη πισίνα και έχει και παιδική πισίνα. Απέχει λίγα λεπτά με τα πόδια από τη παραλία και από το κέντρο των Χανίων 20 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνιτο.
