The downstairs has a foosball table, bean bag, huge 60 inch big screen TV, 2 pull out couches , 2 side chairs, and a lazy boy recliner. Full Washer and dryer. 2 Huge jack and Jill bathrooms.

It has an open floor plan for family and friends, especially with two large covered decks to hang out. 15 minutes to the top of the Mogollon Rim, and less than 5 min from hiking trails and Tonto Creek Fish Hatchery.

Walk out your back gate to the Tonto national Forest and go hiking. Pick up fossils and agate or dig for crystals at diamond point. There is parking for four so no need to worry about your trailer or off road vehicles. We have a gated parking area. There are off road trails right from our street.
