Newly renovated, it preserves its historical essence while meeting modern demands.

Like new guest house finished in May 2023. The house sits behind our home and is attached to our shop. Perfect for 1-3 adults or a small family. The BD has a king and LR has a full size futon that fits one adult or two small children. You are welcome to share the nice yard, playground, and front patio. Safe and friendly neighborhood with walking paths nearby. Sunset views are excellent from the top of the street. Easy freeway access and minutes from Idaho State University and the Hospital.

It is located in an upscale area with incredible, sweeping views of the area and surrounding mountains. You can often glimpse deer and other wildlife from the windows and off the deck. Our lovely basement apartment with a private entrance is on a quiet street in the middle of town. It’s minutes to anywhere in Pocatello and Chubbuck, and right off the I-15 for travel. One cozy bedroom and bathroom with a queen size bed and streaming TVs, and a comfy twin size air mattress if needed! Spacious living room & full kitchen stocked for cooking.
