REMODELED cottage in an excellent location on Silver Lake, Traverse City w/108 ft direct frontage. 10 minutes to downtown TC. It is one of the nicest inland lakes in TC. Paddleboat, canoe, & stand up paddleboard included. 1 queen bed on main floor and 2 fulls in the loft. Laundry, wi-fi, and Hulu live streaming . We also have two pontoon boats you can rent (cheaper than most all local companies). Please inquire about pontoon availability before booking. Brand new bathroom, kitchen and flooring!

The HOUSE SHARED bathroom has it's own side entrance, across from the Cabin. There is a SUMMER SHARED porta-potty and proper shower, right close by, as well. We are thrilled to have you stay with us! The Loft at Mundos is located on Garfield Ave above the coffee shop, Mundos HQ. Our rental is a five minute drive to Bryant Park Beach and a five minute drive to the Cherry Capital Airport. A fantastic location and just a short drive to all the fun and festivities that Traverse City has to offer. Your stay includes a complimentary bag of coffee from Mundos.
