There are spectacular views up and down the coast from the picture window upstairs and beautiful walks minutes from the front door. With the living area being upstairs you have a magical tree top sea view from every window.

We have miles of footpaths and bridleways for walking and mountain biking and the coastal village of Newport is just five miles away. This is a self contained cottage which is an extension to a barn conversion. It is located on a working farm with stunning views and access to 70 acres of private woodland as well as many footpaths and a village pub 5 minute walk away. The coastal towns of Fishguard and Newport are within 5 miles of the village. The cottage itself has one bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen/dining room, a sitting room and a bathroom. It has underfloor heating throughout and a log burner in the sitting room.
