A truly wonderful way to enjoy Florida’s Nature coast. Experience this raw and wild river with its abundant wildlife. Close to Rainbow River. The kitchen is stocked with everything you’ll need. It’s fun fishing from the dock or just sitting and watching the river flow. Come and make some memories.

Large Sun Room overlooking the expansive lawn great for Birdwatching and located just .07 miles from Trail for Cycling Enthusiasts!

No Parties or Events!! 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom pool home close to downtown, parks, trails and race track. Big screen TV's, comfortable seating, memory foam mattresses, plenty of extra blankets and pillows, high speed internet & TV. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. Master bedroom has a king size bed, the two other bedrooms have queen sized beds. All beds have memory foam mattresses Conveniently located half a mile from Withlacoochee State Trail. A short drive to Crystal River and Fort Island Beach.

Inverness Home with a View

Relax in a clean, welcoming, home that has been updated. There are 2 fishing poles available for your use. We make sure they are in working condition and well maintained. Shopping, restaurants, and entertainment is close by. Want a beach....35 minute ride to Fort Island Trail Beach and boat ramp. We do allow hypoallergenic small dogs (2 max), non-shedding, 25 lbs. or less, each w/ proof of shot records, please bring a kennel with you. There is a non refundable $25.00 per dog fee.

Quiet neighborhood, great to unwind at after a day of paddling with manatees, scalloping or even local airboat tours!

River Retreats Escape/Angler’s Paradise

Country setting, FREE use of the Kayaks and golf cart, or take the kayaks to Rainbow River, my place is on the “Withlacoochee River” so you would put in at the neighborhood ramp and paddle North to get to the Rainbow River. The KP Hole and Rainbow Springs State Park are 10-15 min away. You can bring your own boat, “there is a boat ramp in the neighborhood”, and local ramps in town. Relax by the fire in the evening. Peaceful, quiet and only 10 minutes from town for shopping and dining.

Cheerful 3 bedroom home close to everything

Cute, comfortable, and convenient home perfect for the whole family to relax in or kick off your adventures. Central to everything the area has to offer whether it is hiking, kayaking, tubing, golf, scalloping, fishing, scuba diving, biking, or even mermaids. The house is secluded and quiet. The neighborhood is not built out in this area. You will have to drive to any activity or to get supplies. The street in front of the house is a little rough but not bad.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. Just across Hwy 19 from kings bay, minutes from boat ramps, springs, restaurants and shopping. Home includes 1 King, 1 Queen, and 2 twin beds, fully equipped kitchen, laundry on site, spacious backyard with patio, gazebo and BBQ grill. We are pet friendly for small pets but the pets arent allowed on any of the furniture. Peaceful surroundings, safe secluded neighborhood.
