Our 3 bedroom, open plan home in popular, safe Mosman Park has modern kitchen & garden courtyard & only 10 minutes walk to Sth Cottesloe beach, Marine Parade, large supermarket, shops, restaurants & 5 minute walk to Fremantle/Perth train. Our home, bedding & towels are cleaned with chemical-free products & we also supply these products for your use. We have cot, baby bath, high chair & fold out bed. Note✳️We do NOT permit parties, gatherings or noise after 10pm out of respect for our neighbours!

The two bedroom unit is located in a very quiet, and safe area. I’m renting the spare bedroom, the bathroom & kitchen are shared. It’s a small house but very cosy and relaxing. I keep everything very clean and welcoming. You will be only 9 min walking to the beach, 2 min to the bus stop and 12 minutes walking to the shops. Super close to the iconic Fremantle South Beach. The sunset there is the best one! Don't miss out! Other things to note: Visitors are not allowed. No vaping or smoking
