Buckley Estate Farm Cottage

Self contained cottage set on a 10acre alpaca farm with amazing sunset views of the ocean from a guest deck. 25mins from the Adelaide CBD, 15mins to McLaren Vale wineries or the beach, 3 mins to several Adelaide Hills wineries & the quaint town of Clarendon.Guests are welcome to interact with the alpacas, enjoy the gardens and browse the farm shop. Kangaroos & koalas are often around the cottage. Ideal for a quiet retreat. We have the option of a 2nd Airbnb in our ‘Buckley Estate Farm Retreat’

Quiet Adelaide Foothills Area

2 night minimum. 2 guest maximum. Queen size bed and living room in private wing of our home. Separate entrance. Continental breakfast supplies included to get you started, own bathroom. Kitchen space has a toaster oven and microwave but not full kitchen. Quiet location, , 20 minute walk through leafy streets to railway station. 20 min drive to Adelaide city. No smoking anywhere on our property please. This is our home. Please advise us if people other than the guests listed will be visiting.

Close to nature, self-contained; a haven of tranquillity. Set in the beautiful Adelaide foothills, a prime location within easy reach of walks, cafes, transport, etc PLEASE READ; this is a rustic cottage. The shower setup is unconventional, though does provide a warm - hot shower depending on the weather! - READ BELOW. The cottage cold water tap is drinkable, no hot tap. Street parking on the no-through street. Please only stay if you're wanting a place to escape the modern world! Enjoy!

Perfect for walking and riding, the Heysen and Kidman trails are accessible through our back gate. Famous McLaren Vale and Adelaide Hills wineries are nearby. While the guest suite is attached to the main house, it is quite separate and totally private. A 50 minute drive from Adelaide’s CBD and a 20 minute drive from southern beaches, it is perfect for a weekend escape.

Stone gate cottage is a 1960's built stone cottage which has been newly renovated in a neutral colour pallete to enhance the natural charm and character of the handcrafted stone work. Designed and fitted with new pieces throughout each room. Sit by the wood combustion fire & warm your soul or lie in until lunchtime in soft linen sheets, listening to birdsong. Lost in the Vines is a very private space in the McLaren Vale wine district, surrounded by vines & views, with lots of great walks, wineries & restaurants nearby. The house is all yours but I am generally around if you have any queries. Walk, ride, read or just kick back.
