Happy to offer my recently modernised apartment - perfect for a short stay in Leicester. Fantastic location by Queens Road, boasting plenty of independent bars, restaurants and shops. Less than a 10 minute walk from Victoria Park and just 1 mile from the city centre. The 1st floor apartment is one of five within a large Victorian house, typical of the area. It gives the added benefit of a lovely shared garden. Guests MUST respect the fellow residents - please no excess noise or loud music.

Self contained garden studio available in Clarendon Park, close to Demonfort Hall and on the main bus route to the city centre there's. The space has A/C, a small kitchenette, bathroom, workspace, corner sofa, double bed, Sky TV & Movies (Netflix, Disney etc) and an 85" home cinema. Bifold doors open out onto a spacious south facing garden & there is plenty of parking too. We have a cockerpoo who lives in the main house, she's extremely friendly & does not come into the studio unless invited!

A guest house in the garden of my home with all you need for a comfortable and peaceful stay. Fully equipped kitchen and washing machine, plenty of space to relax and lots of storage. The Wifi is superfast and there is a table perfect to work on. It's convenient for both universities, Leicester City FC, Grace Road and the Tigers, Curve, LRI, the race course and De Montfort Hall, plus the cathedral and Richard lll's tomb. Plenty of bars, restaurants, shops and green spaces in walking distance.

Will accommodate up to 2 people. Strictly NO INFANTS or children under 16. Check-in from 3pm. Early check-in will be extra charge. Check-out 11am.

The coach house

Our cozy and comfy annexe in the garden is quiet and you can relax. It can be a place to rest, to work or to study. We are located in the Clarendon park area, the trendy area in Leicester. 30 minutes walking from the center 10 minutes walking from university of Leicester. Shops and restaurants 2 minutes walking from us. You will have our newly decorated annexe downstairs an open little kitchen with a sitting area and bathroom, upstairs you will have your bedroom with a king bed.
