The Garden Flat, quiet & entirely separate. Bath

The Garden Flat is quiet, cosy and on its own at the end of the garden. It's private for you to come and go uninterrupted. It's very well situated for Bath University, Prior Park and Monkton Combe. The city of Bath is a 20 min walk downhill and there are regular buses recommended for your return back up to Combe Down village. Sit out in the kitchen garden with fruit trees trained up trellising and enjoy country walks on the doorstep. A local Nisa and Deli are a short walk away in the village.

The lodge is tucked away at the end of a long garden, away from the main house, fully contained, where guests have private use of the lodge and upper garden. This is a ground floor flat in a Georgian townhouse in the centre of Bath, its exterior was in Bridgerton! It's a sunny flat with features such as fireplaces and shutters. The beds can either be 2 twins or zipped as a super king, sofabed is a double. There is a lovely sunny courtyard garden with table and chairs. The flat is 2 minutes walk from the Circus, 5 minutes walk from the Royal Crescent. Great cafes, wine bars and restaurants are on the doorstep, it’s a short walk to shops.

Secluded, private, away from main roads but with good access to public transport. Free on-street parking. When the forecourt in front of the studio is free you are also welcome to park there .The short , narrow drive from the street entrance to the studio is suitable only for small cars and at your own risk.

A peaceful bijou studio space, with basic kitchenette and en-suite shower room. The double bed is very comfortable, and the space is bright and welcoming. The basic kitchen area provides a kettle, a toaster, a mini oven, a microwave and a fridge. For breakfast we provide bread and jams, milk, juice, tea and coffee.

'The Bothy', as called by the family, boasts off-street parking, it's own entrance, luxurious double bed, kitchenette, shower room, TV and mezzanine level complete with air beds for children by agreement.
